Zoetis Vivarium

The life expectancy in the US is now almost 80 and that is in part thanks to a $140 million dollar, 6-story spanning 200,000 square foot tower in Lubbock, Texas. The Covenant Health New West Tower is actually built on the same site as the old building.

Aquarium of the Pacific – Otter Surrogacy
Over 11,000 animals, 500 different species, and exhibits ranging from 5,000 to 350,000 gallons; the aptly named Aquarium of the Pacific is a natural and technological marvel to behold. Don’t take our word for it, take the words of the 1.7 million annual visitors, the 1,200 volunteers, or the 35,000 membership households.

Lowell Elementary School
90 years ago, the world back then is almost unrecognizable today. Speakeasies and homelessness were rife in America due to prohibition and the Great Depression respectively, Pluto was just discovered, the Chrysler building opened, and gas was about 10 cents.

Winthrop Center
Massachusetts: even though most people need autocorrect to spell it correctly, is home to MIT, Fenway Park, and where the Boston Tea Party took place. Well, now you can add Winthrop Center to that list of wonderful things from Massachusetts as it stands at the 4th tallest building in Boston.

GM Lordstown Electric Battery Plant
What do Grand Central Station, Ellis Island, and the grounds of the US Capitol (containing 17 buildings) have in common? They are all smaller than the newly built 2.8 million square foot behemoth of a facility: the GM Electric Battery Plant.

Bentall Skyrise
33 stories, 403ft (122.83m), and a terrace that would even make the 1% blush. Even though the Bentall Skyrise is only in the pre-construction phase, the renderings alone are astonishing. If that building ends up looking anything like the renderings, it will be named a smashing success.

Olympic Regional Development
With so much history having taken place inside these walls, this building cannot be considered an ordinary building. Hallways adorned with plaques and banners displaying achievements of Olympians past, an infamous skating oval where many international and Olympic events have been hosted, and perhaps most importantly where the “Miracle on Ice” took place..

Facebook Data Center – New Mexico
$1 billion dollars and 4 years later, the 510,000 sq ft (47,000 sq m) Facebook data center in Los Lunas, New Mexico has been completed. The campus has been fitted with the latest OCP compute, storage, and networking technologies which translates to a very quick data center.

City of Hope Cancer Center – Irvine
The City of Hope Cancer Center will be a 190,000 square-foot, LEED-certified cancer center of the future in Irvine, California, and one of our personal favorite projects since it is a few miles from our factory. It is to be located on 11 acres of the master-planned FivePoint Gateway community.

First National Bank Tower
The First National Bank Tower rules the Omaha skyline with the next tallest building at a thirteen-story deficit. It not only has the Omaha skyline, but this Tower is the tallest in a six-state region and the tallest tower between Denver, Colorado and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Wester Middle School
Wester Middle School serves not only as a school, but a place to nurture the growth and development of the young minds in Frisco, Texas. As you may know, Texas has a warm climate most of the year. Because of this, they do not mess around when it comes to HVAC. They chose the best.

Arizona State University- Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building VII
Construction of the new Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building 7 at Arizona State University, Tempe Campus, is underway. Sustainability is the focus of the facility design.

320 York Street- Yale’s Hall of Graduate Studies
The landmark building at 320 York Street is a collegiate, gothic style building that opened in 1932 as the Hall of Graduate Studies. For well over 80 years, Yale graduate students lived in HGS’s humble rooms at the start of their academic careers.

North City Campus Modernization
North City Campus Modernization includes the modifications of Shoreline School District No. 412 Elementary School. Parkwood Elementary is currently in the construction phase with completion expected in the Fall of 2019.

MFSH NICU – Postpartum
MFSH (Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital) NICU is a 265-bed community hospital, 10-bed and level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Generally speaking, they deliver over 2500 babies annually and support their health care needs. With the addition of adding 4 North to MFSH’s footprint, this will allow for additional resources to care for the infants.

The OU Medical Center Adult Patient Tower
The OU Medical Center Adult Patient Tower is a state-of-the-art medical tower at OU Medical Center to meet the increasing demand for the highest level of care. The sparkling façade will reflect OU Medicine’s commitment to leading health care.

The Erie Insurance Building
Erie Insurance Headquarters’ new office building is LEED-certified, environmentally friendly and will have four larger floors and three, smaller tower floors. It will be the largest building on ERIE’s campus, housing up to 1,200 employees.

Mason General Hospital MOB Medical Office Building
At the Mason General Hospital, a two-story 60,000 square foot medical office building will consolidate services from local practices. This expansion will increase exam rooms from 71 to 104. The MGH (Mason General Hospital) Hoodsport Family Clinic will remain in its current location.

The DMAFB General Instruction Building
The U.S. Air Force, in conjunction with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the 355th Fighter Wing Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) approved the Construction of a General Instruction Building. The 355th Fighter Wing DMAFB is a premier base in Tucson, Arizona.

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) is a public medical school in Dallas, Texas. Such a grand building accommodates approximately 13,568 employees and 2,445 faculty and over 2.7 million outpatient visits per year. As a result, this makes UT Southwestern the largest medical school in the University of Texas System and the state of Texas.

Tukh Cambridge North Tower
The University of Kansas Hospital Authority Board has voted to add four floors to the Cambridge North Tower, KU announced Monday, confirming talk of possible expansion when the project was announced in 2014.

Delray Medical Center
Delray Medical Center has begun building a 120,000-square-foot patient tower as part of a $79.4 million expansion. The four-story tower, next to the hospital, will include 96 private rooms, a cardiovascular clinic, expanded endoscopy suites and a five-level parking garage.

ERDC Headquarters
VICKSBURG, Miss. – The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) will soon have a new headquarters building in Vicksburg, Mississippi – a structure that will allow major elements of CSD and the Executive Office to be housed under the same roof for the first time in the organization’s history.

The Van Ness Campus at Cathedral Hill Hospital
Located in San Francisco, The Van Ness Campus at Cathedral Hill Hospital (CPMC) is a high-level regional hospital. The replacement hospital project houses both an Acute Care Center and a Women’s and Children’s Center.

Southern Tier Hi-Tech Incubator
