Maintaining a campus of this scale requires reliable infrastructure behind the scenes, including irrigation systems designed to deliver controlled water flow while protecting the system from pressure fluctuations and surges.
To support these requirements, Pepperdine utilized Griswold Controls’ 2230 Normally Closed Pressure Regulating Valves.
The 2230 combines automated solenoid control with pressure regulation, allowing irrigation zones to operate as needed while helping maintain appropriate system conditions.
