As part of a grand $35 million capital building initiative, this state-of-the-art residence is poised to transform the campus atmosphere and enrich the overall student experience at AWC.
For over 60 years, AWC has had student life as a priority. The DeAnza Residence Hall will be a testament to this fact and stand tall as a three-story architectural wonder, offering 216 double-occupancy rooms equipped with private bathrooms and mini-fridges. It doesn’t stop there; the hall will boast an array of amenities, from a theater room and fitness center to a rooftop patio, group study areas, laundry facilities, and convenient mail delivery. Designed to cultivate a strong sense of community and support academic excellence and personal growth, this residence will be a holistic haven for student life.
